transition board for MVME162-xxx

As many of you know, the VME-processor transition board mentioned in last
Beamline Controls meeting (the one developed by the APS Accelerator Controls
group, that provides for remote cold booting of the VME crate) was not useable
with MVME162-series processors because they put the console on a different
serial port than did the MVME167.

A new revision of the transition board is imminent (~two weeks).  The
new revision will work with both MVME167 and MVME162.

Rich Koldenhoven (rjk@aps.anl.gov) is the guy in charge of this.
