string calcs and quote characters

Dear folks,

Francesco DeCarlo noticed that calculation expressions involving
strings delimited by double-quotes, e.g., A?'PAUSE':'GO' are not
restored correctly by BURT because BURT uses the double-quote character
as a delimiter for the whole expression string.  The same expression
using single-quote characters is restored correctly by BURT, and the
string calculation software doesn't care what kind of quotes you use.
The autosave software also doesn't care.
