New optical-table record

Dear folks,

There is a new version (v5.0) of the table record available via the
EPICS Software Distribution Web pages:

This version supports the base table underlying the Newport
diffractometer, introduces a new way of specifying the location of the
point fixed under rotations, and does all calculations exactly rather
than in first-order approximation. This software has not been beta
tested on SRI-CAT beamlines.
