Pete,
FYI: I have a driver for GreenSprings Octal-232,422,and 485 (SCC2698 UART)
that was based on the old HiDEOS driver. It is now in the form of a VxWorks
ty driver and thus is callable from Jeff Hill's drvSerial framework which
supports application specific protocol framing routines. drvSerial based
applications include A-B DF1, complex ASCII messages, and simple ASCII
messages with multiple delimiters.
