mvmve162 vs. mvme167 as VME controller

Comparing the mvme162-042 and mvme167-002 as VME crate controllers running
vxWorks/EPICS, I don't see much difference other than a $2K difference in
price (and a lack of SCSI on the 162, for which I can see no need in this
context). Both models are 25MHz w/FPU, 8M RAM, and appear quite similar in
other details as well. Can anyone tell me if there are any compatibility or
performance issues I'm not aware of, that would lead me to use the more
expensive 167?
