StepPak transition module

'B-size' includes all dimensions of a standard VME card.  6U refers
only to the height.  The Mizar board, for example, is a 3U card with a
6U front panel.  (I have no idea how width and depth are called out
separately.)

I'm not keen on spending $650 each for StepPak transition modules.
