Motor Record V4.0 released

Motor Record V4.0 has been released.  It can be
found on the web, at

http://www.aps.anl.gov/xfd/SoftDist/custom.htm

under '3.13.1 compatible software and documentation'.

Anyone who uses either of the following two configurations,
should upgrade to V4.0 of the motor record (see Release Notice
and README file 'Modifications' for details):
	1) OMS VME58 running on a PowerPC.
	2) MM4000/5 device driver.
