RE: Standard coordinate system

GeoCARS (sector 13) and BioCARS (sector 14) use a coordinate system with +Z 
up, +Y along the x-ray beam and +X in towards the storage ring.  This is
right-handed as well.  GeoCARS is willing to change if it will be more
consistent with what others are doing.  In particular we are using Tim's table
record (which presently uses the coordinate system Tim described), so we 
really want to use whatever system Tim decides on for the rest of our
beamline.  The present mixed system is very confusing to users.

Our GUI displays have the beam going from right-to-left, since that is the way
the beamline appears to users as they sit at workstations which are typically
on the outboard side of the beamline.  We don't have many such displays yet.
