IDL EPICS class library

Folks,

I have written IDL class libraries for EPICS motors, scalers and MCAs.  These
class libraries allow one to write simple, object-oriented IDL programs for
dealing with these common beamline components.  They should prove useful in
writing scripts to do special things which the general scan programs and MCA
display software cannot do.
