MCA record in 3.13

Dear folks,

I made a mistake in the definition of the 3.13 MCA record that leaves
it incompatible with Mark Rivers' MCA control program.  The field .CAL0
should be .CALO (i.e., should be capital letter O, not zero).  The
field will be fixed in the next distribution of xfdApp.  If you need to
fix it before then, change CAL0 to CALO in
share/mcaApp/src/mcaRecord.dbd, and do 'gnumake clean uninstall' in
share, and in every directory that inherits from share, then do 'gnumake'
in those directories.  Sorry about that.
