data catcher v 1.5.4

Dear folks,

The latest version of the data catcher (including ezca, Ezca, and
ezcaIDL) is available via the Epics Software Distribution Web pages as
http://www.aps.anl.gov/xfd/WWW/xfd/SoftDist/Distribution/epics/extensions/UnbuiltTarfiles/Catcher.Tar.gz
(you'll need the usual EPICS-software password to get it this way)

and via anonymous ftp to epics.aps.anl.gov as pub/epics/extensions/Catcher.Tar.gz.

We've built these files under SunOS and Solaris, and we don't know how they'll
compile on other systems.
