OMS VME58 - recommended versions

The _only_ recommended VME58 firmware versions is now 1.8.

In previous posts I had stated that versions 1.3 and 1.8 
where known to work with Epics. A bug has just been discovered
in version 1.3 that causes spurious BUS ERRORS when there is
a second bus master making frequent extended(32 bit) data bus
accesses to the epics controller. This is the situation when
an IP on the MVME162 is being polled by the MVME167 using
the Hideos backplane drivers.
