OMS VME58 - prom upgrade

This is a notice to anyone who has already received a VME58 model motor
controller from Oregon Microsystems. The exec software on these boards
contains bugs that cause it's address decoding and interrupt acknowledge
functions to be unreliable when accessed from a MVME167 processor board.

OMS has a software fix for these problems that require a swap of the
PROM labled BV51.1-8 in socket U78.

Contact Steve Flego of OMS for more information at (503)629-8081.

FYI: After converting the 'motor' record's VME8 driver(drvOms.c) into
     a VME58 driver I compared the performance of the two by
     timing the motor polling(@10Hz) task with 8 motors in motion.
     Results:
     	      VME8 = 91% (task utilization)
	      VME58 = 12%
